In this webshop, you can pay with: Dankort, Visa, PayPal, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay.
All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

The site may indicate that items are in stock, even if they are not.
Ordered goods are delivered through a local partner who handles any support and complaints.
At Billigravelli ApS, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your data so that no one else can read the information you send to us via the internet. We use QuickPay as our gateway provider. Furthermore, Billigravelli ApS does not store your credit card information.
We only withdraw the amount upon dispatch/collection of the order when paying by card.
Delivery Time and Shipping
Normal delivery time is calculated as 1-3 business days from the receipt of your order confirmation.
If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed via email with details of the delivery time. You naturally have the option to cancel the item if you do not want it due to extended delivery time/backorder.
In case of a discontinued item, you will be notified immediately, and any amount paid will be refunded.
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the order and may vary depending on the delivery method you choose.
All prices include 25% VAT.
Consumer Protection
As a customer, you always have the rights set out in the rules of the Danish Consumer Council. If a purchase is referred to the Consumer Complaints Board, we always comply with the board's recommendation.

Complaints
If you receive an incorrect item, we naturally apologize and will rectify the error by sending the correct item as soon as possible.
The new item will be sent to you once we have received the incorrect item back.
Your expenses regarding shipping and insurance of the package will be refunded directly to you via bank transfer.
Money Back
When you shop at Billigravelli ApS, you have a 14-day right of return and cancellation from the receipt of the item. However, we require that the item is unused and returned in its original packaging along with all manuals, warranty papers, and accessories. If this is not met, the item will not be accepted for return.
You are solely responsible for the return shipping as well as its payment.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
The purchase amount will be refunded directly to you via bank transfer immediately after we receive the returned item.
Personal Data Policy
Billigravelli ApS only stores the information necessary to complete your order – including name, address, phone number, email, and product data related to you. All information is treated strictly confidentially and will never be disclosed to third parties.
When collecting personal data via our webshop, we ensure that it happens with your explicit consent, so that you are informed about what information is collected and why. Collected information is stored for a maximum of 5 years, after which it is deleted.
We do not transmit customer information encrypted, nor is it stored encrypted. You can be removed from the database at any time by notifying us by phone or email.
You always have the right to object to registration with Billigravelli ApS, and you have the right to access the information registered about you. These rights are granted by the Personal Data Act, and inquiries in this regard should be directed to Billigravelli ApS via billigravelli@gmail.com.
